Could you support the future of volunteering in Calderdale?
£25,922 (pro-rata £21,018), 30 hours per week
Working as part of the infrastructure service this post will support and sustain the development of volunteering opportunities across Calderdale. This will include delivering a quality volunteer matching service, working with VCSE organisations in developing and promoting valued volunteering roles as well as identifying opportunities in working with corporate partners around employee volunteering initiatives and corporate social responsibility.

- Experience of supporting people into volunteer roles?
- Enthusiasm in helping groups to develop valuable volunteer opportunities?
- Commitment in supporting groups around best practice in volunteering?
- Interest to help volunteering initiatives with corporate partners?
We are looking to recruit someone with a proven background in developing and delivering volunteer programmes to a wide range of groups and organisations and with a strong commitment to the values of quality volunteering.
You will also have previous experience of providing support to both organisations and volunteers and of developing new volunteering initiatives as and when required.
Working as part of a wider infrastructure support service, this will be an integral post, supporting the development of volunteering opportunities across Calderdale.
