Requirements and Benefits

We have volunteer facilitator roles available at Unmasked Mental Health to assist with the running of our free peer to peer support hubs, which we are setting up across Calderdale.

Our facilitators are key to ensure our hubs run smoothly and those attending feel comfortable enough to open up to those around them.

As a facilitator, you would be responsible for facilitating the weekly hubs by supporting the conversation, sharing ideas and helping the hub users to identify specific actions from their conversation. These actions help our users to do more of the things that really matter to them and support them to hopefully have a better week. Facilitating our hubs takes 2-3 hours a week, either on Tuesdays/Wednesdays or Thursdays in different areas of Calderdale.
