More Details About This Role

We need a volunteer minibus driver to take our older beneficiaries on days out twice per month in our own mini bus. Starting at 9.15am at our Hub in Brighouse and returning after lunch from venues within an hour of Brighouse. As the driver you are supported by another volunteer helping to look after the passengers. There may be times when you are asked to push someone in a wheelchair.
Food donations collections and deliveries are ad hoc and include collections from Halifax and Wakefield businesses. We have a small Peugeot van unless it is a large collection or delivery.

Open to anyone who has a C1 on their driving license, clean license and DBS check


12 Huddersfield Road, Brighouse HD6 1JZ Focus 4 Hope is located between The Calder & Prego opposite Sainsbury’s. Temporary access is at the rear via Bethel Street car park.
